Description of rebar cold stamping technology

1. The max pressure is 65Mpa, prohibit to use over 65 Mpa.

2. If leak oil on the position of the Reversing Valve, the gasket may break. When disconnect or install the Reversing Value, should remember the direction position of Reversing Value. If the position is not same as before disconnection, the oil-way will change and make chaos.

3.The return oil pressure should no more than 3Mpa, or the Move Mould should not go back to the end throughly. 

4. Before work, check whether joints of Oil Pipes connect well on machine nozzle.

5. Should maintain clamp regularly according to actual situation. If find oil leakage, or Scratching on surface of Push Rod, shoud stop and do maintain at once.

6. Workers should stand at side of clamp to operate.

7. Prohibit to disassemble any parts of Oil Pressure System when have pressure.
